It is not uncommon nowadays one takes to consideration more than one computer and mobile phones, and have all your information shared in the different storage devices. This for many is a problem, but thanks to some free applications you can synchronize all the devices and have all the info available from any of them. There are several alternatives to accomplish the task, but step to comment on two in particular I have been successful: Dropbox and Sync Mozilla
Dropbox
This service gives us the possibility of a shared directory across machines, mobile phones or other devices we use. We provide 2GB of space (in its free version) to synchronize the information and have a backup in the cloud. Importantly, they also provide a web application development interface to navigate the files if you are using a public computer or device that does not allow the installation of the application.
In addition, Dropbox allows multiple users to share directories, so that what one says can be read by the rest. An excellent alternative when thinking in collaborative work.
While the free service is only 2GB can stretch up to 8GB. For each referral that we let us add additional space 250mb credited to our account.
To perform the synchronization needs to be installed on each device to use a small free application available for Windows, Linux, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Blackberry and hones that have a fixed Android.

Sync Mozilla
This is particularly important for users of Mozilla Firefox. Mozilla Sync is a plug that is installed in the browser allowing synchronization of bookmarks, browsing history and saved passwords and more. When downloaded and installed the aggregate, we must create a new account on Mozilla servers for synchronization to work properly.
The system allows you to mix information from different machines or let a single receive information from another. This makes the timing is flexible enough to suit different needs.
